There may be an excess on your organisation’s insurance policy.

You are covered under a fleet insurance policy in your organisation’s name. It will not detail your name, vehicle registration or any additional drivers.

If you wish to add or remove a personalised plate, please contact your leasing company.

Note: You must also let Knowles Fleet know of any plate changes immediately by emailing mid@kafleet.com. Failure to do so will invalidate your insurance cover.

You must contact your leasing company 2-4 weeks before travel to request a V103 certificate.

It is the employee's responsibility to make special arrangements for breakdown cover during the travel period. Always ensure you carry any equipment required by the countries you are visiting, along with a copy of your insurance certificate.

We will need a copy of the driving licence and a licence summary which you request here https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

You must wait for confirmation from Knowles Fleet that your additional driver has been authorised before they can drive the vehicle.
